About Us

We are a fast-growing flooring distribution company headquartered in Richmond, BC, serving clients across Western Canada. Our team values professionalism, accuracy, and collaboration. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting department and support our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents (POs, packing slips, etc.)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely payments
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and other accounting duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site position at our Richmond head office
