Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsible for SB Audit & vendor issue resolution, cash management, monthly accounts analysis and other GL related functions.

Responsibilities

• SB Audit, vendor issue resolution, and reconciliation of statement of accounts (SOAs)
• Monthly Account Reconciliations and Cash Management
• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
• Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.)
• Interface with management in various departments
• Roamer to help out in other areas within the group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• 1-2 years general ledger accounting working experience
• Preferably with audit experience Oracle R12 financial application experience preferred
• Preferably with experience working in a multinational company or a manufacturing industry
• Excellent Excel skills preferred
• Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
