Accounts Receivable Assistant

To perform Distributor Account reconciliation, weekly zero balance computation for assigned accounts of luzon distributors, submit accurate and on time reports. Project based employee is needed due to increasing number of Accounts, increase in Sales and transactions.

1. Accurate and on time release of Weekly Zero Balance result for assigned Luzon Distributors.

2. Accurate and one time release of assigned Reports.

3. Accurate and on time generation and checking of Dist. RDMS Inventory and AR.

4. On time coordination of issues and concerns with Distributors and Secretaries, meetings and others.

5. Deliver assigned task in the absence of other staff.

• Graduate of Accountancy or other Business-related courses
• Preferably knowledgeable with MS Excel functions
• Willing to be assigned in Novaliches office
• Open for a 6-month project-based contract
