Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are looking for a Full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk who is willing to work hard and help our company grow to new heights.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing the business side of billing operations—ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of client invoices and payments. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The AR Clerk will coordinate closely with clients and internal departments to maintain accurate financial records and support smooth cash flow operations.

· Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices and billing statements in a timely manner.

· Verify billing data accuracy and resolve discrepancies or missing information before submission.

· Track and record incoming payments, ensuring proper application to client accounts.

· Maintain an up-to-date record of receivables, collections, and billing adjustments.

· Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment follow-ups, and account clarifications.

· Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to address billing issues and ensure client satisfaction.

· Prepare aging reports and assist in monthly AR reconciliation and reporting.

· Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

· Assist in implementing billing and collection process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.

· Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all financial transactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience using accounting systems such as QuickBooks and bill.com
  • Proficient in Google worksheet, Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Work schedule

  • For the first 6 months work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Hawaii time (Tuesday to Saturday 2:00am - 11:00am in PH time)
  • Work schedule may shift to Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm Hawaii time (Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am - 2:00pm in PH time)
  • With 1 hour lunch break and fixed 2 days off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
