As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will manage and record all incoming funds and financial receivables, including interdepartmental transactions and bank reconciliations. Your role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, reviewing financial forms, collaborating with departments, and supporting cash flow management and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receivables Management: Track and record all incoming funds, including interdepartmental transactions.
- Review & Process Financial Forms: Assess financial forms and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile receivables and general ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Cash Flow Management: Record and allocate incoming funds, providing insights into cash flow status.
- Collaboration with Accounts Payable: Align financial data for accurate reporting.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on receivables and provide regular updates to management.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and financial reviews.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training to improve skills and stay updated with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process financial documents accurately.
- Solid understanding of financial reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with financial policies and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
