Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Location: Portal West Building – Dumaguete.

This position is Office Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time
• Monitor and manage outstanding receivables
• Follow up on overdue accounts through email or calls
• Record payments and update customer accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate AR reports for management review
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
