XL.net is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Admin team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update all client facing invoices creation and adjustments within QBO
• Work with internal teams and our customers to ensure services and quantities are accurately represented in the monthly invoices
• Work with project team to ensure project deposits or project completion invoices are accurately invoiced
• Mange AR Aging and following our process following up with any client directly on outstanding invoices
• Take on additional projects to help make the AR process more efficient

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT or Technical accounts receivable team.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
