Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections) | Onsite - Nightshift

Location: Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
Shift: Night Shift
Work Setup: Full Onsite

We are looking for a Collections Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in B2B collections and end-to-end AR processes. This role requires strong communication skills, ERP system experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve payment and billing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B collections activities and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, deductions, and claims.
• Process and reconcile cash application and payment postings.
• Maintain and update Customer Master Data and billing records.
• Support order management, credit management, and billing processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and freight liability cases.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AR processes (collections, disputes, deductions, billing, and cash application).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in voice-based collections or dispute management is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
