Deryan Financial Group is a family-owned boutique firm specializing in accounting and mortgage/finance broking. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients . This role is focused on providing administrative support and enhancing our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling client inquiries and assisting with their needs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining our client database and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Liasing with the Australian Tax Office
  • Managing the processing of the office mail and documents
  • Help organize company events and meetings.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as required.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
  • A positive attitude, eager to learn, and a team player.
