Deryan Financial Group is a family-owned boutique firm specializing in accounting and mortgage/finance broking. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients . This role is focused on providing administrative support and enhancing our customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling client inquiries and assisting with their needs.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining our client database and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Liasing with the Australian Tax Office
- Managing the processing of the office mail and documents
- Help organize company events and meetings.
- Support the team with additional tasks as required.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, eager to learn, and a team player.
