The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, communication, document preparation, and general office support, helping the team remain organized and productive.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate recordings, filing system and data bases.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Provide general support to management and staff.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or office.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- previous experience in Administration role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
