Administrative Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attends to Tenant/Homeowners Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.
  • Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following.o Association Dueso Utilitieso Construction Bondso Special assessmentso other fees
  • Follow-up payment of dues and other charges.
  • Handles and deposits collections
  • Updates existing Tenant/Homeowner Files: this includes proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.
  • Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.
  • Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.
  • Handles canvassing and purchasing functions.
  • Receives all invoices and bills of suppliers and contractors to be forwarded to the MANAGER for approval.
  • Petty Cash Custodian
  • Follow-up monthly requisition of housekeeping consumable and office supplies.
  • Sets appointments with service contractors, homeowners and other personnel as required.
  • Attends to incoming and outgoing phone and fax messages.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the MANAGER.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Open to both male and female candidates
  • Must be willing to work on-site in AMOA Subdivision (Compostela Cebu)
  • Preferably lives in Compostela or near the subdivision
  • Graduate or undergraduate in BS Business Administration or an equivalent field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • CAN START ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
