Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare settings.
  • BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including payroll, billing, IT, and care management staff.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to support teams, handle inquiries, and assist in projects or errands as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and professionalism in interactions with clients, colleagues, and corporate departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
