We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide exceptional support to our amazing clients.
Job Description:
- Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule meetings with Clients & Team Leaders when necessary.
- In charge of minutes of the meeting during client meetings, execomm/mancom meeting and weekly huddles.
- Maintaining client records and documentation.
- Collaborating with the team and clients.
- Providing administrative support (expenses, collections, payments).
- Conducting fieldwork at government agencies and client offices.
- Encoding client documents and preparing transmittals.
- Providing support to Operations Lead & Executives
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience related to Administrative Support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs) and equivalent.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to team and take on new challenges.
