SC Air Tightness & Ventilation is a dedicated company specialising in installing airtightness products and all mechanical ventilation systems.
We also have an energy consultancy department specialising in BER certification for commercial & residential premises, air tightness testing, sound insulation testing, ventilation validation test, Part L and F compliance specialists, etc.
We seek a skilled, responsible, dynamic Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The company was established in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength. We undertake work all over the Leinster region.
Advantage: Adequate training will be provided; however, applicants with experience in the administrative and clerical are an advantage.
Applicants with previous experience in a similar construction, energy, ventilation, or consultancy-based company will be highly regarded
The successful candidate will likely have the following skills:

- Coordinating income/outgoing mail, phone calls, organising and tracking services;
- Must have an excellent time and attendance record;
- Liaise with the social media and wellness teams to mark festive days in the calendar;
- Ensure high standards of appearance in the building;
- Perform other admin duties as assigned;
Essential Criteria
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role or environment;
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration;
- Knowledge and experience in managing reception and welcoming visitors;
- Excellent computer skills are essential (Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Have a professional, organised approach with a “can do” attitude.
