Job Overview
Naghahanap kami ng masipag, organized, at maaasahang Admin Assistant / Project Manager para tumulong sa pang-araw-araw na operations ng aming YouTube audio drama production team. Ang role na ito ay mahalaga sa pag-manage ng writers, voice actors, editors, scheduling, uploads, at overall project coordination upang masigurong maayos at on-time ang bawat release.
Perfect ito para sa taong detail-oriented, marunong makipag-coordinate sa team, kayang mag multitask, at may leadership skills.
ResponsibilitiesProject & Team Management
- Mag-assign ng scripts sa writers, voice actors, at editors
- Mag-monitor ng progress ng bawat project
- Siguraduhing nasusunod ang upload schedule
- Mag-follow up sa pending tasks at deadlines
- Mag-coordinate sa Team A at Team B ng voice actors
- Mag-manage ng daily production workflow
Content & Upload Management
- Mag-check ng completed voice recordings
- Mag-review ng audio files bago ipasa sa editors
- Maghanda ng upload details:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Timestamps
- Hashtags
- Pinned comments
- Mag-schedule ng uploads sa YouTube at Facebook
- Mag-cross post ng content sa ibang channels/pages kung kailangan
Admin & Organization Tasks
- Mag-update ng trackers at spreadsheets
- Mag-organize ng Google Drive folders
- Mag-monitor ng production status ng bawat story
- Mag-check ng emails at messages from team members
- Mag-maintain ng organized workflow system
Quality Control
- Mag-check kung tama ang files bago ma-upload
- Iwasan ang duplicate recordings o maling uploads
- Siguraduhing kumpleto ang assets bago publishing
- Mag-report agad ng issues o delays
Requirements
- Organized at detail-oriented
- Marunong gumamit ng:
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- YouTube Studio
- Facebook Meta Business Suite
- Good communication skills
- Kayang mag multitask at humawak ng maraming projects
- Marunong mag follow-up sa team professionally
- May initiative at problem-solving skills
- Advantage kung may experience sa:
- YouTube content production
- Audio drama workflow
- Social media management
- Project management
