Administrative Assistant To Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and filing.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office organization and supply inventory.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Local polytechnic diploma is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
