Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monthly reconciliations, bookkeeping entries, and general administrative assistant duties.

Duties:

-Administrative Assistant to the CEO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

o Manage the CEO's calendar.

o Book travel, setup appointments,

o Prepare agendas for conference calls and meetings.

o Support daily e-mail and phone correspondence.

o Draft and edit or proofread documents for the CEO.

- File weekly and monthly financial reports for the business.
- Pay all bills, including any annual renewals etc.
-Enter all financial data for the business.

-Scheduling and hosting meetings.

-A range of administrative duties.

- Additional Assignment as Needed.

Experience:
- Administrative roles with a focus on finance or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
