Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
  • Education: High School Diploma (minimum)
  • Experience: Minimum one year experience in roles responsible for billings and invoicing, bookkeeping, file management, assistant to firm executives.
  • Experience with bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Payroll.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Perform a range of booking and secretarial duties.
  • Assist Executives with tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
