Administrative Coordinator

Corporate Cleaning Group is searching for an entry-level support person for our south Kansas City office. We are a growing company and are searching for an individual who would like to grow with us. The position will start as part-time, 4-6 hours a day but can become full-time for the right individual who can seek out opportunities to learn and grow within our system.

Responsible for various administrative duties at our office including but not limited to the following:

  • Happiness hero for all incoming phone calls and emails for the office.
  • Support company owner and other leadership with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Recruting and onboarding
  • Process and organize personnel documentation.
  • Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested, organize storage
  • Prepare, edit and distribute reports to management.
  • Preparing various documents utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Run errands and drop supplies at locations if needed.

Some of the attributes that we are looking for in this position include:

  • Office experirence is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel and the internet to perform daily office tasks.
  • Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and oral directives effectively.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Ability to self-direct and recognize needs of the office and staff as they arise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Working cell-phone with ability to take pictures
  • Clear background and acceptable driving record required.

Typical schedule will be 10am-2pm M-F; ideally with the ability to stay over as needed and work until 4pm on Tuesdays for a weekly leadership meeting. Occassional Saturdays might also be required for meetings and recruiting.

Pay will be $16-18/hour to start, with regular pay reviews as new tasks are taken on and position grows.
