  • 123 Clinic, Norfolk Street - Whangarei
  • Permanent, part time (0.6FTE) role working 24 hours per week between Mondays and Fridays
  • This role is internal and specifically for Health NZ employees only

About the Role

As the Administrator, you will provide essential receptionist and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing client appointments, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and supporting the delivery of a high-quality service that makes a real difference in the community.

About the Team/Service/Location

You will work alongside experienced clinicians, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide confidential, high-quality care to the community. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member plays a vital role in improving health outcomes.

About you

We are looking for an experienced administrator with reception and strong organisational skills. You will need to be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work with changing priorities and workloads.

  • Current NZ full drivers licence
  • Proven computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel programmes
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Previous experience in the healthcare sector with familiarity with information systems are desirable, however not essential to apply.
