Location: MFI Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (Landmark: The Medical City)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule:
Monday (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
Tuesday to Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Job Overview
MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is looking for an Admissions & Customer Support Associate to support student inquiries, enrollment coordination, and recruitment activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, organized follow-ups, and working in a school or academic environment.
You will serve as a front-line support for students, parents, and partners, helping guide them through MFI programs and enrollment processes.
Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want experience in admissions, marketing, and student engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Inquiry Support
- Handle walk-in, phone, chat, and email inquiries about MFI programs
- Provide accurate and courteous information to students and parents
- Coordinate closely with Admissions and Registrar for application concerns
Lead Tracking & Documentation
- Record inquiries and leads in the marketing database
- Monitor applicant progress and follow up with relevant teams
- Prepare daily and weekly inquiry and enrollment reports
Marketing & Recruitment Support
- Assist during orientations, open houses, and promotional events
- Help manage registrations, booths, materials, and logistics
- Support communication campaigns via email and digital channels
Administrative Assistance
- Maintain organized files of inquiry forms and correspondence
- Perform encoding, scanning, and documentation tasks
- Carry out other related tasks assigned by the Department Manager
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
(Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
- At least 6 months–1 year experience in:
- Customer service
- Front desk / admissions
- Marketing or admin support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a client-facing role
Working Conditions
- Based at MFI Ortigas, Pasig Campus
- Full-time, on-site position with standard weekday schedule
- May occasionally be required to assist during enrollment, orientations, or marketing events
