Job Overview:

We are seeking a of hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising systems and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AdTech or client-facing technical roles, with proven experience in debugging tools, tracking technologies, and Agile workflows. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve complex issues, provide technical insights, and support the development of scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable product feedback.
• Utilize debugging tools, browser dev tools, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for in-depth issue resolution.
• Provide excellent client support and maintain a customer-first mindset in all engagements.
• Track and manage issues using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
• Work with tracking technologies such as Media Tags, Pixels, S2S, and CAPI to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and demands.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in AdTech, Technical Support, or similar client-facing technical roles
• Expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Strong hands-on experience with debugging tools, APIs, SQL, and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• Proficient with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Media Tags, Pixels, S2S, CAPI)
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:
