Aesthetic Clinic Assistant

We are a hybrid medical aesthetic clinic in a medical office offering a causal and part time position for an assistant to our nurse or physician injectors during cosmetic injecting procedures

Your duties would include following :

- checking in patients using our Jane App EMR system ( previous Jane App EMR Knowledge is required )

- assisting during cosmetic injecting procedures- including disposing of needles and holding needles for injectors , giving them medical supplies

- taking before and after photos, including Social Media Photos

- booking follow up appointments

- taking payments from patients using our Jane App Software

- stocking supplies , and ordering supplies

- counseling patients with intake forms

- knowledge on basic skin care products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Aesthetic Clinic: 2 years (required)
• Aesthetic: 2 years (required)
