Aesthetic Clinic Manager

Job Summary:

The Aesthetic Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff efficiency, and business growth. This role involves managing clinic personnel, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and maintain clinic policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.

Staff Supervision & Development:

• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including aestheticians, receptionists, and support personnel.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Customer Service & Client Relations:

• Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Enhance the overall client experience by implementing customer satisfaction strategies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet financial targets.
• Promote and upsell aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and other services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor clinic performance and generate reports on key metrics, such as sales, client retention, and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
