Ethos Skin Aesthetics is looking for a competent and passionate Clinic Manager to lead our growing team. We take pride in delivering high-quality aesthetic care and are seeking someone who can ensure smooth clinic operations while driving business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a medical aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare facility
• Strong background in operations, client relations, and team management
• Knowledgeable and with experience in sales and marketing
• Comfortable working towards revenue targets, with skills in sales closing and deal conversion
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and compassionate approach
• Computer literate; proficient in Excel/worksheets is a must
• Having some knowledge in social media postings and content management is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Manage and supervise clinic staff to maintain high service standards
• Drive clinic performance by implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with doctors and aestheticians for efficient patient care
• Monitor and achieve revenue targets, ensuring profitability and growth
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and care
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and promotions

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and results-driven environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
