The Role:

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a After Sales Coordinator to join our Marine Team based in Kristiansand.

Key responsibilities for the After Sales Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

Customer Engagement: Respond to after-sales inquiries, manage warranty claims, and offer expert guidance on servicing and repairs.

Quote Preparation: Prepare and issue quotes for spares and servicing outside the warranty period to help drive after-sales revenue.

Warranty Administration: Oversee warranty policies, authorize collections, and arrange necessary repairs, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Order Management: Process and track custom orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer complaints and escalations, ensuring swift and effective solutions.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM, scheduling follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.

Proactive Outreach: Leverage warranty contracts to generate additional sales in spares and servicing.
