Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-forward AI Video Content Creator to lead the production of engaging, client-facing training videos for a U.S.-based technology services firm. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on transforming raw screen recordings into polished instructional content using modern AI tools. You’ll take the lead in shaping the video creation process while collaborating closely with stakeholders to build a scalable training library from the ground up.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality training and explainer videos using AI-powered platforms and tools.
• Convert raw screen recordings, training sessions, and call footage into clear and engaging instructional content.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Descript, Loom) to streamline video production workflows.
• Write, edit, and apply scripts that enhance viewer comprehension and align with system functionality.
• Develop a consistent visual and instructional style across a growing video library.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and usability.
• Balance video output volume with instructional clarity and quality standards.
• Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve video production efficiency.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong background in video editing, preferably with a focus on instructional or training content.
• Experience with AI-based video tools and strong interest and aptitude for learning emerging platforms quickly.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Experience creating training content from screen recordings and live training sessions.
• Excellent written English skills for scripting and visual storytelling.
• Self-starter mindset with a focus on results, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work U.S. hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience producing ERP, SaaS, or technical training videos.
• Familiarity with tools such as Descript, Synthesia, Pictory, Loom, or similar.
• Background in instructional design, customer education, or technical writing.

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
