About the Role

This is a multi-functional position involving reception, housekeeping, and night cleaning duties. Shifts are rostered across the week to keep a good balance and variety in your work. This is a live-in role with discounted accommodation available on-site.

• Reception duties: greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling phone and email inquiries, and ensuring great customer service.
• Reception shifts will vary and may be used to cover other team members when required.
• Housekeeping: cleaning rooms, changing linens, maintaining communal areas, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
• Night cleaning: assisting with after-hours tidying and cleaning commual areas.

As this is a live-in role, discounted accommodation is provided onsite.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be available to start the week of 8th April 2026
• Able to commit to a minimum of six months — this is essential.
• Reception experience is preferred.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive — someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to a great team environment.
