Medium-Sized Company with International Governance

We are a medium-sized company, with national operations and international corporate governance. We are looking for an Accounting Analyst with a strong analytical profile, organized and responsible, capable of ensuring the accuracy of accounting information and supporting the financial controls of the local operation, in collaboration with management, internal teams and the corporate headquarters.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with the outsourced accounting firm to perform the monthly accounting closing: entries, reconciliations, provisions, balance sheet and income statement.
• Support in the preparation of financial analysis and management reports (analysis of variations, margins, budget vs. actual).
• Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial policies.
• Organize documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Assist the financial officer in the preparation of budgets, projections and expense control.

Mandatory Requirements

• Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC)
• Intermediate level English, able to understand and communicate in a basic way
• Basic knowledge in IFRS and Brazilian Accounting Standards (CPCs)
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or tax accounting
• Experience in monthly and annual accounting closing, account reconciliations and accounting entries
• Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
• Analytical profile, highly organized, good communication and collaborative spirit

Differentials

• Fluent English
• Previous experience in manufacturing or foreign trade companies (import/export)
• Practical experience with ERP systems (Omie, TOTVS, SAP or similar)
• Experience in multinational context or cross-border financial reporting
