JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for marketing innovation.
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
