Role: Appointment Setter

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Full-time Appointment Setter to join our client's fitness business. In this role, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact with potential clients, driving sales pipeline by generating interest, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement: Proactively contact potential clients through calls, texts, and emails to generate interest and book sales consultations.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule sales consultations while maintaining a well-organized, conflict-free appointment calendar.
• Lead Qualification & Pre-Screening: Assess potential clients' interest level, fitness goals, and readiness before transitioning them to the team.
• Pipeline Organization and Follow-Up Nurturing: Maintain a structured sales pipeline and conduct consistent follow-up communication with leads who don't book immediately, keeping them engaged until they are ready to commit.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversion rates, and booked appointments to continuously optimize performance and strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or appointment setting roles
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly HighLevel (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated self-motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting or exceeding targets

Schedule: Night Shift

Other benefit: 10% Night Differential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
