Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous interactions and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.
• Leverage negotiation skills to secure appointments with decision-makers in B2B environments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and update Salesforce with lead status.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service and relationship management.
• Knowledge of business development principles and marketing strategies.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients over the phone.
