Appointment Setter / Direct to Office Representative (Remote | 1099)

Pay: $18 per hour + $25 per completed consult

Heal Better Health Center is looking for a compassionate and professional Appointment Setter / Direct to Office (DTO) Representative to connect with potential patients seeking care for chronic conditions. You will be the first point of contact, helping leads schedule consultations and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an Appointment Setter / Direct to Office (DTO) Representative with exceptional English-speaking skills.

As the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, you will play a critical role in supporting potential patients with chronic conditions. We need someone compassionate, professional, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service while guiding leads toward potentially life-changing treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate empathetically with leads, assisting them in scheduling their appointment
• Respond to inquiries, reach out to potential patients, and include their support person in the scheduling process
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and supportive demeanor, ensuring each caller feels valued
• Utilize tools such as GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, and Gmail for appointment management and communication
• Track leads, appointments, and outcomes to ensure organization and timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of all conversations, actions, and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain smooth and positive operations
• Participate in comprehensive training to ensure confidence and success in the role (Regular training and role-playing required)
• Willingness and ability to follow memorized scripts while speaking naturally, compassionately, and maintaining control of the conversation
• Maintain and input KPI's to ensure accurate data handling

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and customer service skills
• Strong ability to empathize with patients experiencing pain or discomfort
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and email platforms
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A passion for helping others and improving their quality of life

Compensation

• $18 per hour
• $25 bonus per completed consult
