Appointment Setter - Customer Support Representative

Basic Job Functions

  • Answer incoming calls from guests to book hair or skin care appointments across 7 salon locations.
  • Assist with:
  • Pre-service inquiries (services offered, membership programs)
  • Appointment booking (scheduling time slots)
  • Post-service support (rescheduling, cancellations, complaints)

Skills & Competencies Needed:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clear and articulate communication
  • Great listening and conversational abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to work onsite and on flexible hours

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or appointment setting
  • Computer literate
  • Good English communication skills
  • Excel proficiency is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
