Appointment Setter/Cold Caller

Job Duties:
As a Remote Call Center Representative for New York's Premier Group, your primary responsibility is to engage with homeowners who have shown interest in roofing, window, and siding services. This includes:

  • Processing inbound leads and following up with past leads to qualify potential customers, confirm interest, and schedule free in-home estimates for our sales team.
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, handling objections, and providing relevant service information.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, updating appointment statuses, and analyzing customer needs to contribute to team goals.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a high-call-volume environment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Process inbound leads and follow up on past leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and confirming interest in a free estimate appointment.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team using our booking system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information, handling objections with confidence.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and logging call details.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend potential services or improvements to management.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting personal and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
  • Proven call center or customer service experience handling high call volumes.
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent listening, data entry, and problem-solving skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and remain engaged in conversations.
  • Must be able to work U.S. business hours (EST time zone).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

  • 1+ years of experience in Professional and Friendly Phone Etiquette
  • 1+ years of experience in Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • 1+ years of experience in Goal-Driven and Self-Motivated
