About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and scripts
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying decision-makers
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure calendar coordination
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
• Handle objections professionally and remain persistent without being pushy

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy – must be comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and spreadsheets
• Quiet and professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection
