Job Description: As an apprentice carpenter and labourer, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to learn the skills necessary to excel in the carpentry trade. You will be involved in a variety of construction tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, roofing, and other general labour duties.

Job Description:

• Assist carpenters in the construction and installation of 1st fix and 2nd fix wooden structures and fixtures.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Carry out general site duties including lifting, carrying materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to building codes and standards.
• Work under supervision while gaining hands-on experience and skills development.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in carpentry and construction.
• Relevant training qualifications.
• Safe Pass (preferred).
• Manual Handling (preferred).
• Previous labouring or carpentry experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Own transport (preferred but not essential).
