Job Description

Outdoor Personia designs and builds custom outdoor structures such as pool houses, pavilions, greenhouses, sheds, and more. We are looking for qualified construction professionals to help execute these projects. Daily tasks include Framing siding, Roofing, and trim for these projects.

You must have prior success. . .
- in high end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing, and trimwork.
- finding fulfillment in making clients happy because of a job well done

You must:

• Be accountable to meet schedules and timelines
• Represent Outdoor Personia premium brand which includes outstanding customer service and is built on Quality of workmanship

Position Qualifications:

• Be passionate about high-end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing, and trim work

· Be a good listener and Receive & Carry Out Instructions effectively

· Quick learner with the desire to make learning a life time commitment

• Highly Organized, Dedicated, Take Responsibility, Morally Sensitive, Positive attitude
• High Degree of Energy
• Team Focused and encouraging
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Enjoy a diversity of different aspects of residential construction
• Not smoke, not be a habitual drinker, and must pass a drug test presently and randomly
