Your Role

A rare opportunity exists to work in the Secretary’s Office (OSEC) team in the role of Administration Officer. Reporting to the Secretary’s Executive Assistant you will be required to support them in managing the Secretary’s daily requirements making this position an ideal pathway to a future Senior Executive Assistant role.

The Administration Officer will be responsible for the execution of the business and administration processes within OSEC, which include but are not limited to:

• Reception;
• Security Officer;
• On and off boarding from OSEC;
• Objective work group;
• Travel arrangements;
• Correspondence workflow;
• Finance and procurement; and
• Maintenance of our intranet page.
