Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Analyst & Virtual Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires expertise in accounts receivable management and administrative support. You will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining financial records, and providing operational support to our finance team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Financial Support
✔ Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
✔ Maintain accounting ledgers and process incoming billing-related correspondence.
✔ Assist in preparing financial reports, engagement letters, and other business documents.
✔ Update client financial data in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
✔ Address and escalate AR-related issues to management when necessary.
Virtual Assistance & Administrative Tasks
✔ Calendar & Schedule Management – Coordinate appointments, meetings, and engagements.
✔ Email & Communication Management – Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
✔ Meeting Support – Prepare agendas, confirm attendance, and take notes.
✔ CRM Management – Update and maintain client records in our system.
✔ Team Coordination – Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO.
✔ Pre-Screening & Interviews – Assist with hiring processes by pre-screening candidates.
✔ Operational Support – Handle miscellaneous business and personal tasks
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Experience: Proven background as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in finance or accounting.
✔ Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
✔ Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
✔ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
✔ Confidentiality & Independence: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining discretion.
✔ Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other online tools.
Work Schedule & Compensation
✔ Full-Time – 40 hours per week
✔ Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts
✔ Hourly Pay: Php250 – Php500 per hour
✔ Remote Position (with automated time tracking for transparency)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php250.00 - Php500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
