Architecture 3d Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models, visualizations, and photorealistic renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
• Develop walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations for design presentations and client reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and translate concepts into 3D visuals.
• Produce high-quality textures, lighting, and material finishes to achieve realistic outputs.
• Maintain and update project libraries of 3D assets, materials, and references.
• Assist in preparing presentation boards, diagrams, and other visual communication materials.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of 3D visuals with architectural plans and technical drawings.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in architectural visualization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Visualizer, or similar role in architecture/interior design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar).
• Strong skills in rendering engines (Revit,V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production.
• Excellent sense of design, composition, lighting, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
