Job Summary
Doctors Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, clinically licensed leader to serve as an Area Clinic Manager for our two urgent care locations. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical acumen with operational leadership in a high-growth, patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, LVNs, or Certified Medical Assistants with strong leadership skills and a passion for urgent care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight across two clinic locations, guiding clinical day-to-day operations, compliance, and team performance.
- Serve as the clinical escalation point and provide backup care during high-volume or low-staff periods, including triage, assessment, wound care, and IV therapy (as qualified)
- Supervise the Clinic Administrator and their direct reports to provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for staff.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, CLIA, COLA, HIPAA, and internal policy standards.
- Conduct chart audits and staff training to uphold clinical quality.
- Support patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.
Qualifications:
- Active RN, LVN, or CMA certification (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or ambulatory settings
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficient in EMRs (NextGen Office, Solv Health), Google Workspace, and clinic workflows
