Area Clinic Manager

Job Summary
Doctors Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, clinically licensed leader to serve as an Area Clinic Manager for our two urgent care locations. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical acumen with operational leadership in a high-growth, patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, LVNs, or Certified Medical Assistants with strong leadership skills and a passion for urgent care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight across two clinic locations, guiding clinical day-to-day operations, compliance, and team performance.
  • Serve as the clinical escalation point and provide backup care during high-volume or low-staff periods, including triage, assessment, wound care, and IV therapy (as qualified)
  • Supervise the Clinic Administrator and their direct reports to provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for staff.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, CLIA, COLA, HIPAA, and internal policy standards.
  • Conduct chart audits and staff training to uphold clinical quality.
  • Support patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN, LVN, or CMA certification (strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or ambulatory settings
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proficient in EMRs (NextGen Office, Solv Health), Google Workspace, and clinic workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
