Area Retail Supervisor

Job Summary

The Retail Area Supervisor manages multiple Chuchu Beauty stores, leading a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role involves regular field visits, monitoring sales store performance, and coordinating with Marketing, Warehouse, and Admin teams to ensure smooth and profitable operations across all assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, stock levels, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
• Work with Warehouse team to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and coaching of Beauty Advisors.
• Address operational issues such as escalated customer concerns, maintenance, or staffing gaps.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and submit area performance reports, expense summaries, and other management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and lead a dispersed team.
• Strong skills in staff scheduling, sales analysis, coaching, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiar with POS/inventory systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

• Multiple stores handling: 1 year (Preferred)
