About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the regional sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Ensure full area saturation through strategic planning and effective mapping.
• Drive 100% sales commitment by fostering team collaboration and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients and accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Interview and train new sales people and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed.
• Provide timely, effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Set clear goals for the team and individuals, and promote best sales practices.
• Convert potential clients into qualified sales leads through proactive engagement.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee post-sales activities to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the laboratory equipment distribution or supply industry is a strong advantage.
• Must be residing in South Luzon.
