Area Sales Manager

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage client relationships within assigned territories. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and procurement, preferably with experience in government or cooperative accounts. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing bidding processes, and coordinating with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets
• Manage relationships with key clients, government agencies, and cooperatives
• Identify business opportunities and actively participate in bidding and procurement processes
• Collaborate with the procurement and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales forecasts with supply planning
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and oversee contract execution
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and government procurement guidelines
• Mentor and support the regional sales team to improve skills, motivation, and performance
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
