Asset Management Officer

Position Summary:

The Asset Management Officer will be responsible for managing the complete stock management process across Electric Carnival. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, organizing storage, replenishing display stocks in all Electric Carnival and Trade-Up machines, and submitting reports for items that require reordering.

Additionally, the officer will generate detailed inventory and usage reports to support operational decisions and participate as the representative for audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in stock records. On days when inventory management tasks are not required, the officer will assist in Electric Carnival operations as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the venue.

This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operations of the Electric Carnival by ensuring accurate stock accountability, timely replenishment of supplies, and providing operational support when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
