Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Google Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
