Your Impact:
Within the Retail Sales team, the Counter Manager Assistant acts as a Dior Ambassador and supports the Counter Manager in driving performance, developing the team, and ensuring excellence in client experience and operations.
This role is crucial for maximizing counter performance, achieving sales and service KPIs, and maintaining the highest luxury standards while embodying the House’s values. The Counter Manager Assistant co-leads the team, supports business growth initiatives, and ensures operational compliance in line with Dior guidelines.
The holder of this position will work closely with the Counter Manager, Retail Manager, Marketing & Merchandising Team, Training Team, CRM Team, and Department Store Management.
Job responsibilities
Day-to-Day Missions
- Support the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance using KPIs and sales indicators.
- Contribute to team management by supporting coaching, setting individual objectives, and fostering team spirit and engagement.
- Deliver exceptional client experience by selling Dior products through the D.I.O.R. service method and achieving personal sales targets.
- Co-lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to recruit new clients and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Support launch plans, commercial animations, and in-store events to maximize performance.
- Oversee counter operations in the absence of the Counter Manager, ensuring compliance with sales, cash, stock and operational procedures.
- Assist in stock management, visual merchandising execution, scheduling, and administrative follow-up.
Profile
- Ideally, you would have 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in achieving retail performance targets (sales and profitability).
- Experience contributing to prestigious brand events is a plus.
