We are a hospitality forward valet parking company seeking a Hotel Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor for a new position within our company.

For over 40 years, we’ve provided professional service for top restaurants, hotels, and private events from Beverly Hills to the Westside. We’re expanding again and we’re looking for a hands-on leader who can bring structure, accountability, and hospitality excellence to our growing team.

The Role

We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor / Growth Lead that may evolve into a full-time management role. This hybrid position combines on-site leadership with operational oversight.

You’ll spend part of your week in the field at our accounts coaching teams, greeting clients, and checking quality and part of your week handling management duties like scheduling support, training, and operations follow-through.

Responsibilities

- Visit all active locations weekly to inspect uniforms, signage, service, and overall presentation.
- Lead by example during shifts — ensure guest greetings, smooth traffic flow, and professional demeanor.
- Communicate with restaurant managers and event coordinators to maintain top-tier client satisfaction.
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operations with our Senior Operations Coordinator.
- Train and onboard new employees to uphold company service standards.
- Review nightly reports and follow up on inconsistencies or service issues.
- Maintain podiums, key boxes, ticket supplies, and other field equipment.
- Track attendance, call-outs, and address repeat issues promptly.
- Complete weekly “location reports” for ownership summarizing site visits and client feedback.
- Assist in new account openings; signage, staff introductions, and client coordination.
- Identify and mentor reliable team members for potential leadership roles.

Ideal Background

We’re seeking someone with real hospitality experience who understands both service and operations. Strong candidates will have previously worked as:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager or Floor Manager
- Hotel Valet or Front-of-House Supervisor
- Catering Captain or Event Operations Lead
- Valet Account Supervisor or Site Lead

Compensation & Details

- Hourly Rate: $23–$25/hr (based on experience)
- Weekly Hours: 30–40 hours per week (mix of management and field work)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $500/month based on service quality and client satisfaction
