We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time, office based, Assistant Manager to help manage our growing business in Annacotty Business Park, Limerick. This role will deliver the highest levels of customer service, quality and compliance. Knowledge of the Electronic Components Industry will be a distinct advantage.

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficient management of all departments within the organisation.

This is a full-time office-based position 5 days per week 9am to 5pm (4.30pm Friday)

The Successful Candidate will be mentored in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations

· Managing workload across various functions of the organisations in response to changing customer volumes and supply chain timelines.

· Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where possible

· Help Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs

· Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff

· Assist in maintaining our quality assurance processes & ISO certification

· Contribute to long-term planning and expansion initiatives

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or related field

3+ years of experience in the electronics or manufacturing industries

Candidates must have demonstrable IT experience

Proven experience in managing people in a leadership role

Strong leadership, organisational skills and effective communication

Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
